• Email alerts for rate changes (Pro users)
• Historical rate data and analysis (Pro users)

You may not use the Service:

• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or local regulations or laws
• To transmit or procure sending of any advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service
• To scrape or extract data without permission

Payment and Billing

• YieldHacker Pro is a one-time payment for lifetime access
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) plus applicable taxes
• No recurring charges or hidden fees

Refund Policy

• 30-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
• Refunds processed to original payment method
• Contact support@yieldhacker.ca for refund requests
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YieldHacker and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without prior written consent.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YieldHacker from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
